The openEHR Toolkit Free Tools doesn't store any information provided by the users or any generated objects (templates, forms, HTML, clinical document instances, etc.)
All the free tools are currently state-less, and each call is processed individually.
The CaboLabs openEHR Toolkit doesn't share any information provided by the users with other CaboLabs applications or third party applications. All your information is accessible by you and only you.
The openEHR Toolkit Advanced Tools store openEHR Archetypes and Templates provided by the users in a per-user basis: no other users will have access to your artifacts. The same rule applies to your generated resources.
The only way two users can access the same set of openEHR artifacts or generated resources is by using the Teams feature (comming soon). Under this rule, only authorized members of the team will have access to shared artifacts and resources.
The CaboLabs openEHR Toolkit doesn't share any information provided by the users with other CaboLabs applications or third party applications, unless you enable API access to your openEHR artifacts and resources, where only authorized apps set by the user will be able to access your files. CaboLabs is not responsible for misconfigurations of the API by the user. The user is responsible to allow or deny access to his/her resources.
