The openEHR Toolkit stores openEHR Archetypes and Templates provided by the users in a per-user or per-team basis depending on your account type. If you have an Individual account, only you have access to your artifacts. The same rule applies to your generated resources, like JSON/XML openEHR COMPOSITIONs.
If you have a Teams or Companies account, all the users in that account will have access to the same openEHR artifacts and generated resources. Team members are in charge of inviting and removing other members from a team.
The CaboLabs openEHR Toolkit doesn't share any information provided by the users with other CaboLabs applications or third party applications. We are working on enabling some API integrations with other systems like Atomik, though those integrations should be authorized by you and you will be able to grant and revoke access at any time. CaboLabs will not responsible for misconfigurations of the API by the user.
